Renovation in Richmond at 15 Torrens Street.

 In the beginning the house was looking a little sad and worse for wear. 

but it gradually improved as we could afford to do the work.  First of all the new roof quickly followed by a wrap around deck before we replaced windows and did the cladding. 

Michael roofed the old deck and put up new railings.
